Three thicknesses, one surface: Silestone Desert Silver comes in 12, 20 and 30 mm, which lets a slim wall worktop and a heavier island share the same look. It is a polished grey engineered quartz made in Spain.
Free of pores and therefore free of sealing, it is a straightforward material to live with. At the Patika factory we saw it to size, profile the edges and machine the openings for your sink and hob, and our own fitters install it.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Silestone Desert Silver cost?
Silestone Desert Silver starts from 497 €/m² incl. VAT. Thickness, edge profile, cut-outs, measuring, transport and installation all appear separately in the quote, which you receive within 24 hours on working days.
Where does Desert Silver work best?
Kitchen worktops and islands, bathroom vanities and window sills. The three thicknesses let you use a slimmer slab on wall runs and a heavier one on an island.
How do I care for Silestone Desert Silver?
Silestone is engineered quartz, which is non-porous and does not need sealing. Daily cleaning with a mild detergent is enough; use a trivet for hot pans.
How quickly can Desert Silver be installed?
We laser-measure on site within a week. Installation 10 working days from drawing approval. Measured, delivered and installed by Stoneks means the stone surface has a 10-year warranty.
Polished grey Silestone quartz made in Spain and offered in 12, 20 or 30 mm, so the same surface can work as a slim worktop or a chunky island.
