Material

Quartzite

If you want natural stone that resists scratches better than marble, quartzite is the material to look at. Quartzite Vesuvio is a natural slab, so it carries its own individual character and the hardness that makes quartzite a favourite for working kitchens.

Sealing depends on the particular slab, and we advise on it when quoting. Heat from pans is generally not a problem, though a trivet is a sensible habit. Ask to see the sample at Noblessner; the stone is sawn, edged and hand-finished at our Patika factory.
