Walnut cabinetry and a warm beige worktop make an easy pair. Calacatta Oro Venato from Laminam supplies the beige side of that partnership with a polished surface that picks up the glow of brass handles and warm under-cabinet light.
This Italian sintered ceramic comes as a 20 mm worktop slab and a 12 mm wall version, so the splashback can match. It handles heat and spills without sealing; knives are the one thing it is hard on, so keep a board out. Our own installers fit it to laser-measured drawings.
