Harmaa is simply the Finnish word for grey, and that is the colour family this polished granite belongs to. It is quarried in Angola, with slab thicknesses of 20 or 30 mm.

Granite’s big advantage in a family kitchen is heat tolerance: a pan lifted off the hob is no drama. Give the surface an occasional sealing and it stays easy to keep. We measure with a laser on site, so the cut-outs for sink and hob land exactly where your cabinets expect them.

Frequently asked questions

How much is a Kuru Harmaa granite worktop?

Kuru Harmaa starts from 335 €/m² incl. VAT. Edging, sink and hob cut-outs, measuring, transport and fitting are priced on separate lines, and the full quote reaches you within 24 hours on working days.

Which rooms suit Kuru Harmaa?

Kitchens above all — worktops and islands where heat and heavy use are daily facts — but also bathroom vanities and window sills.

Does Kuru Harmaa need sealing?

Granite benefits from occasional sealing. Wipe up spills with a damp cloth and mild detergent; the stone itself tolerates heat well.

How fast can a Kuru Harmaa worktop be fitted?

Installation 10 working days from drawing approval. With Stoneks measuring, delivering and installing, the stone surface comes with a 10-year warranty.
