Running one material from the worktop up the wall and across the window sill keeps a room visually quiet. Dekton Uyuni – white, matt and made in Spain – can cover every one of those spots, in the bathroom as well as the kitchen.
Specify it at 12 or 20 mm. Its ceramic make-up means a hot casserole, a slipped knife or strong daylight through south-facing glass are not a concern.
