Landlords tend to ask two things of a worktop: that it survives a run of tenants and that it stays easy to clean between them. Avant Mulen answers both. It is engineered quartz in a matt grey finish, made in China, with a pore-free face that spills cannot penetrate and no sealing to hand over in a tenancy pack.

The 20 mm slab keeps the profile modern and light. The only rule to pass on is a trivet for hot pans. We measure the kitchen with a laser and give a fixed price before the slab is cut.

Frequently asked questions

What does an Avant Mulen worktop cost?

Avant Mulen starts from 387 €/m² incl. VAT. The quote separates edge finishing, cut-outs, measuring, transport and installation, and arrives within 24 hours on working days.

Is Avant Mulen a good worktop for a rental property?

Yes. Matt grey engineered quartz suits kitchen worktops in rental flats and family homes, and the 20 mm slab also works as a bathroom vanity top.

How do I clean matt grey quartz?

Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and dry off any streaks. Quartz needs no sealing. Use a trivet for hot pans and avoid abrasive pads.

How soon can it be fitted?
