Picture a kitchen island where the veining becomes the focal point before a single cabinet handle is noticed — that is the effect Calacatta Borghini brings to a room. The dramatic grey veins move across a bright white background, pairing naturally with matte black fixtures or soft brass.
You can see and feel a sample at our Tallinn showroom before deciding, and our own factory handles the cutting and finishing of your worktop. Since the stone is marble, calcite in it reacts to acids, so a sealed surface and prompt wipe-ups of wine, citrus or vinegar keep it looking its best for years.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a Calacatta Borghini worktop cost?
Calacatta Borghini starts from 368 €/m². Edge detailing, sink or hob cut-outs, measuring, transport and installation are quoted as separate line items. Send us your layout and we'll reply with a full quote within 24 h on working days.
Where does Calacatta Borghini marble suit best?
This marble works well as a kitchen island top, a bathroom vanity, or a feature surface where the veining can stand out, since marble is better suited to lower-wear areas than a heavy daily chopping zone.
How do I care for a Calacatta Borghini marble surface?
Marble contains calcite, so acidic liquids like lemon juice, wine or vinegar can etch the surface if left standing. Wipe spills promptly, use a cutting board, and keep the surface sealed to reduce staining and etching.
How long does installation take?
Once your drawing is approved, installation takes 10 working days from drawing approval. Our own team handles measuring, fabrication and installation, so the schedule stays in one hand from start to finish.
Calacatta Borghini is a white marble with bold, flowing grey veining that reads as a statement piece in a kitchen or bathroom.
