Renting out an apartment in Tallinn? Tenants rarely seal worktops, which makes engineered quartz a sensible choice for a rental. Avant Calacatta Viviez pairs a white, Calacatta-style look with a surface that needs no sealing at all.
A clear quote helps when you are budgeting a renovation: ours itemises every edge, cut-out, measuring visit, delivery and installation. The total is locked in before cutting, and our own team does the fitting.
