Before you send a request
How soon will I get a quote?
On working days you will have it within 24 hours. The more precise your dimensions or drawing, the closer that first quote comes to the final figure, which we settle after measuring and before any stone is cut.
What do you need from me to prepare a quote?
Dimensions of the kitchen or room (or a drawing), the material or the stone name from our catalogue, which sink and hob you plan to fit, and where the job is. If something is still open, simply write “not sure” and we will sort it out in the quote.
Will you come and measure?
Yes. We laser-measure on site within a week, and the terms for measuring are set out in your quote. You sign off the drawings, and installation follows 10 working days from drawing approval.
